Personal bio:

I love the work I do. Being a therapist allows me to connect deeply with people, to meet them where they are, and to explore meaningful change together. I especially enjoy using interactive and experiential approaches that include creative expression and movement in sessions. Therapy doesn’t always look like sitting and talking; sometimes it’s drawing, storytelling, role-playing, or simply getting curious about what’s happening in the body and mind.

I specialize in helping people through life transitions, those in-between moments that can feel overwhelming and disorienting. I work closely with adolescents and teens who are in the thick of navigating identity and developmental changes. I also support college students and adults as they adjust to new chapters, whether it is the start of something new or the end of something familiar.

Along the way, I bring a sense of humor and lightheartedness into the room. I believe in the power of laughter and connection in this space. Therapy can be a space for deep healing and a space where you can feel ease, even when discussing difficult things.

In my free time I enjoy working out, building mini lego sets, and spending time with friends and family! Feel free to reach out for a brief consultation or to schedule your first session.

During our initial sessions, you can expect: I prioritize creating a collaborative relationship where you feel curious and confident to explore at your own pace. You do not have to explain parts of yourself that feel too “much” or not “enough”. We will make room for all of it together.
